Rachel and Róise understand as women, how we can often put our own needs, wants and health last. We have designed this magical retreat to support anyone who feels that they have 'lost' themselves in their busy life.

Our vision is to empower you to reach your full potential within the parameters of your current life. We want you to rest. We want you to relax. We want you to pause and take a look at your life. We want you to hear your inner voice. We want to support you in fulfilling your own happiness.

Personal trainer, women's health

Rachel

Rachel Farrell is a personal trainer for women, with a special focus on mothers. She is a pre- and post-natal specialist, disordered-eating informed, and a body image and food freedom coach. Her work centres on dismantling diet culture while supporting women to build sustainable movement into their busy lives, prioritise health, and value their bodies for more than appearance — honouring strength, capability, and life beyond looks.

Róise

Róise is a Holistic Mindbody Coach, helping clients to reduce anxiety, overwhelm, burnout and to achieve wellbeing and life goals. She uses an accountability based model to support her clients on every step of their journey, empowering them to make impactful changes in their lives.

Róise is an advanced yoga and pilates teacher. She specialises in pre and post-natal exercise. Róise is trained in Myofascial Release Therapy and is a Meditation and Breathwork Facilitator. Róise has a particular interest in stress management techniques, which she incorporates into her movement sessions.
